Herb is a seasoned technology and operations executive with deep expertise in telecommunications, enterprise software, and AI. He has led five successful company exits via IPO or acquisition and served as CEO or COO in multiple high-value private equity turnarounds across the U.S. and Europe, creating over $12 billion in equity value. Herb’s prior leadership roles include President of Ameritech Wireless and Managing Director of Ameritech Europe, as well as senior executive positions at Sprint. He currently serves as Chairman of Getvisibility and is a long-standing board member at ScienceLogic. A U.S. Naval Academy graduate with advanced degrees in engineering, business, and computer science, Herb brings a rare blend of technical depth and business acumen.

Geoff is a senior telecommunications executive with over 30 years of international experience across network operations, technology strategy, and M&A. He served as COO of National Broadband Ireland, where he led the successful rollout of Ireland’s €3 billion National Broadband Plan, building the operations team from the ground up and launching wholesale FTTH services within a year. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at eircom Group including CTO and CTIO, directing large engineering teams and overseeing multi-hundred-million-euro capital budgets and nationwide 4G and fiber deployments. Geoff began his career at Ericsson, advancing through global roles in the U.S., Sweden, and the U.K. He holds a BE in Electronic Engineering and is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Ireland.

Chris is a seasoned CFO with over 25 years of experience in telecom and enterprise software, specializing in financial strategy, fundraising, and operational leadership. He has played a key role in securing over $500 million in capital across venture, private equity, and strategic channels. Chris was a co-founder and finance lead at Inteliquent (IPO, $1B+ market cap) and CFO of CENX (acquired by Ericsson) and served as Group CFO at Ericsson’s One Network initiative. He has successfully built finance operations from the ground up, guided multiple companies through IPOs and acquisitions, and led financial planning at both early-stage ventures and global enterprises. Chris holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from the University of New Hampshire.
